My sofa has not come up as clean as I expected on the arms, I still have a stain on one of the cushions. My carpet is... extremely thick but I can not tell much difference.There was no covid precautions taken even after advising me the lad he works with had just tested positive only 2 days prior.left my downstairs loo full of mucky water spilled on to the floor and toilet seat, also left water on my hall way floor without clearing up after.40 mins for £105. It looked brown (see... first picture) I messaged these guys at night time and they squeezed me in for the next day because I needed it going ASAP. I cannot believe how clean this has come up!
